These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of training services (“Training”) provided by UAB “Atomic projects” (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or registering for a Training, you (“participant,” “you”) agree to the following:
1. Payment
* Payment can be made using the online banking services of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas.
* Payments are accepted in Euros.
* All transactions are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform whose operator is Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for executing and confirming the payment will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
2. Eligibility
* You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to register.
* You are responsible for ensuring that you meet any prerequisites specified for the Training.
3. Registration and Payment
* Training fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* Your registration is confirmed only after payment is received.
* Prices are listed in Euros and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
* Our **Refund and Returns Policy** applies to all purchases.
* We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Training. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
5. Access and Use of Training Materials
* Training materials provided are for personal, non-commercial use only.
* You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without prior written permission.
* For online trainings, login credentials are personal and may not be shared with others.
6. Participant Conduct
* We expect participants to behave respectfully toward trainers and other participants.
* Disruptive, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the Training without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
* All Training content, including materials, presentations, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of UAB “Atomic projects”.
* No ownership rights are transferred through participation in the Training.
8. Limitation of Liability
* We strive to provide accurate and high-quality Training; however, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
* To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your participation in a Training is limited to the amount you paid for that Training.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
* We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
* By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal information for the purposes of delivering the Training.
10. Governing Law
* These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
* Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania.

b) Some services we sell are in digital format and delivered electronically after services is finished. This means you won’t need to wait for a physical shipment. As soon as your payment is completed, we will get in contact with you and setup deadlines for each step..
11. Access to Files
After we finish our work, download links will be provided:
o on the order confirmation page,
o via the email address you provided during purchase,
o and in your account (if you created one).
• Files are provided in PDF format.
12. Download Duration and Limits
• Download links remain active indefinitely, but a limited number of downloads may apply per purchase (e.g., 3 times).
• We recommend saving the files to your device immediately after downloading.

If you encounter any problems downloading the files or cannot find the email with your links, please contact us at info@atomicprojects.lt — we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
