1. General Provisions
In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Protection, we ensure your right to withdraw from a purchase and receive a refund under certain conditions.
However, special exceptions apply when purchasing digital goods (e.g., downloadable files).## Refund and Returns Policy for Trainings

2. Cancellations by Participant

2.1. Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of training are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before the training start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

2.3. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Rescheduling by Participant

3.1. Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future training of the same type.

3.2. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original training date.

3.3.  Transfers are allowed once and subject to availability.

4. Substitutions

4.1. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute participant at no additional cost.

4.2.  Substitution requests must be submitted at least 1 day before the training starts.

5. Cancellations by Organizer

5.1. If we cancel or postpone a training, participants will be offered:

 5.1.1. A **full refund**, or

 5.1.2 The option to transfer registration to a future training of equal value.

6. Online Trainings / Digital Products

6.1. Once access to digital training materials, recordings, or online sessions has been provided, **no refunds** will be issued.

6.2. Exceptions may apply in case of technical issues preventing access, subject to review.

7. Refund Processing

7.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.

7.2. Transaction or processing fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
